THE MODERN BARN

The modern barn is the equivalent of the urban loft, a place to live that is open and spacious, and enables easy living in rooms that are in direct contact with nature and all of outdoors. Solid perfect volumes set on a field of green, the modern barn recalls the authentic, rustic days of the farm, with the most modern amenities inside. The Modern Barn is designed by internationally recognized design firm, Alexander Gorlin Architects. This prestigious group has won numerous awards, most notably AIA Design Awards for the House in the Rocky Mountains, Ruskin Place townhouse,North Shore Hebrew Academy, and the Southampton House. In 2005, Architectural Digest recognized Mr. Gorlin as one of the country’s 30 Deans of Design. In 2011 AD named Alexander Gorlin AIA as one of the 100 most influential individuals in the field of architecture and design.
