Your Plum Builders Team
Al Giaquinto is a Graduate Master Builder (GMB), a Certified Green Professional (CGP), and a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR); these credentials are awarded by the National Association of Home Builders. Al also has an MBA in Finance. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI) and Chair of the East End Council of the Long Island Builders Institute. He is a past president of the NKBA Advisory Council of Builders and Remodelers. Al is a member of the 17 Lex Society, a supporter of Bernard Baruch College (where he also mentors young entrepreneurs), and is the creator of The Modern Barn®.
After 4 years of forging relationships through Marketing at Plum, creating The Modern Barn® brand, and project managing her own home, Catherine moved into Design and Production. She is a former public educator. Catherine joined the Plum Team in June 2012.
John holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Studio Art from Stony Brook University. He brings over 10 years combined experience in the fields of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Construction from New York City and the East End of Long Island. John joined the Plum Team in 2015 as an Architectural Designer and, in 2016, became a Project Manager.
